These terms are the agreement between you and Utopiadatez ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app or this website, you accept them.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Utopiadatez is a discovery and planning tool. We show you events, venues, films, and activities happening near you, and we link you to third parties where you can book or buy. We are not a ticket seller, promoter, venue, or reservation provider. We don't run the events we list and we don't process ticket payments.
When you tap through to a partner to buy tickets, reserve a table, or make any other purchase, that transaction is between you and that partner, governed by their terms. Pricing, availability, fees, seating, refunds, cancellations, and customer service are all theirs to handle. Take any issue with an order directly to the partner who sold it.
Some links in the app and on this site are affiliate links. If you book through one, we may earn a commission from the partner at no additional cost to you. This does not influence whether an event appears in your feed or where it ranks — feed order is based on distance, timing, and your stated interests.
Event details, showtimes, prices, and venue information come from partners and public sources and can change without notice. We work to keep listings current but can't guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, or still valid. Confirm details with the venue or partner before you travel or pay.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Utopiadatez helps you plan outings, including with people you may not know well. Use ordinary caution: meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and arrange your own transportation. We don't conduct background checks on users, and we're not responsible for what happens during any meeting or outing arranged through the app.
You keep ownership of what you post. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. You're responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload.
The Utopiadatez name, app, design, and software are ours or our licensors'. Event artwork, film imagery, and venue information belong to their respective owners and appear under license or fair use.
The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including anything that happens at an event you found through the app or in a transaction with a partner. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
